Turn Rate on Legendary Sovereign is bugged

Hi folks,
Turn Rate of the Legendary Sovereign is bugged. It appears that its base turn rate is 7 instead of 8.
I checked it versus the Legendary Excelsior which is almost an identical ship with the same layout, bridge officers , duty officers and equipment, and setup and the Legendary Sovereign had less turn rate. Should be the same as they are Both supposed to have a base turn rate of 8.
I also compared to the Legendary Ambassador which has a base turn rate of 7.5 with the same setup and the Legendary Sovereign had a less turn rate.
It seems as the Turn Rate on Legendary Excelsoir (base 8) > Legendary Ambassador (base 7.5) > Legendary Sovereign (seems its set to 7 instead of 8).
Please fix.
