Missing Slay Enemies of the Empire Target

In the Fek'lhri Return mission "Destiny," there is supposed to be an "Enemy of the Empire" named muHwI', who Recruits are supposed to kill to receive the 1000 Dilithium, 1 million EC and piece of equipment.
As you approach where (I presume) muHwI' is, you get the "There is a priority target in your area" notice. But no matter where I go on the Batlh, I can't find the SOB. WHAT GIVES?!

> Did you check your Recruit Claim menu to see if you got credit for him already? My Bridge Officers took him out without me even noticing.
I just checked, and it is not there.
People are having problems with this over on the XBOX side as well.
