[BUG] Klingon Mission on Federation Character

I was asked to make this post after opening a ticket with the support team.
Since 2016 I have had an issue where my FEDERATION character picked up a KLINGON story arc mission called "Duties of Command" that CAN'T be dropped. The issue is due to the bug that was reported on the official Star Trek Online Twitter page:

I had even reported this previously to support but nothing was done. I understand that there are a lot of bugs to work on and this is going to be considered merely an annoyance, but WHEN on this green earth will this issue finally be fixed?! I have been doing my best to ignore it, but it has been over FOUR YEARS already! You can see my post from 2017 on this forum also:

Please pass this on to the development team and ask them to put this on their roadmap if it's not already there. Thank you!
