Fly in pop up for experience gain can not be disabled on new charcters

Since the new Klingon recruitment event I can no longer turn of the experience point gain notification on new characters. Does not affect old characters but the option for turning off fly in notifications is not present with characters created since the event started. The tick box no longer displays.

    I saw that last night on my KDF recruit. There is only one option right now to toggle on/off experience point gain notifications in the chat but there is no toggle on/off for the fly-by notifications. This appears to be on all characters and is definitely a bug.
