Buying zen in game using the steam wallet not working

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
When I try to buy Zen using my steam wallet it does not work. It just says waiting for steam to respond to previous request and does nothing. I have funds in my wallet and STO in game does not have any other option to use to purchase Zen.
