AMD Tailor Holographic Bug?

Latest Windows 10 Build, with latest AMD drivers for 5600 series card.
Noticed that any "Science" Chest or Armband with the "Holographic" effect on them does not appear on my Captain or Boffs.
It does have like a cutout in the background, but noting ON the character.
My other PC, running nVidia, does not have this issue.
I can post screens if needed, but am I SOL with AMD on this?
