KDF Recruit: Problem claiming some T5 Ship Admiralty Cards

I ran into a weird little problem with my Lv65 KDF Recruit. Admiralty Cards for T5 Ships like Risian Luxury Cruiser were not showing up in the list despite owning them. I even went and reclaimed the ships and put them on the Active Ship List at the Shipyard and I still did not get the Admiralty Cards to show up for them. I know sometimes there's some weird lag that you don't get the Admiralty Card until you hit the Admiralty Ship Roster and doing that didn't get them to show up either.
I have the problem with the following T5 Ships so far:
Risian Luxury Cruiser
Risian Corvette
Breen Chell Grett
Breen Plesh Brek
Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier (Gamma Vanguard Pack)
The 3 faction variants of the T5 Event Dyson Science Destroyers, Jem'Hadar Heavy Strike Wing Escort (T5; Gamma Vanguard Pack) did show up as Admiralty Cards.
I have the problem with the following T5 Ships so far:
