Missing zen

Look last night on Xbox one I purchased 100.00 worth of zen only used about 1200 to buy out the event. And I have been saving and selling my dill on the market so I could build up a little stash and when I logged in tonight I am missing all but 900 and change I don't remember spending or buying anything else.

    I had Zen disappear from my account on February 8, 2021 (stated the wrong date in my original complaint) and they told me I did two transactions which I did not. Zen is a type of Crypto Currency and these need to be regulated as I have heard of far too many instances when people have used credit cards or gift cards to buy a particular game's currency to simply have part of it disappear for no apparent reason. This needs to be regulated. :#
