fleet Jem'Hadar Vanguard Recon Destroyer

Hello I am trying to get the Fleet Jem'Hadar Vanguard Recon Destroyer ship with fleet modules and it is not showing on the list of ships to buy and I do meet all the requirements to buy the ship. My fleet does have shipyards tier IV.

    The Fleet Rahhae Recon Warbird (Rom version) is also not showing as available to buy. Looks like a bug I hope they'll fix soon.
