[BUG] Ticket: 420571: Best Served Cold mission bugged

The Task Force Operations mission "Best Served Cold" sometimes bugs and will not progress the mission - it happens during the capturing the transport ships part of the mission.
When it happened, all transport ships had been captured I THINK, but shortly after x1 transport ship was destroyed somehow (at least according to the mission progress list). After that all the remaining transport ships flew to their departure location, but remained stuck on the map (would not warp out), so the mission would not progress to the final stage.
I know there have been past problems with this TFO mission (particularly in and around when it came out), and possibly the same or similar bug to this one I've noted. But something is still happening occasionally on the map that prevents the mission from progressing properly.
Just had a a thought - one other possibility: though I said it appeared as though all remaining transport ships flew to their departure point location (clearly saw cluster of them at their departure point), perhaps ***not counting the one destroyed transport ship*** there might have been the odd transport ship that got caught in something somewhere (like one of the large structures maybe). This is only a theory though - I did fly around looking and did not actually see any stuck transport ships anywhere, but still if it wasn't the destroyed transport ship that bugged the zone, then maybe stuck transport did... Just an idea.
