I can't claim my Heavy destroyers for being a lifetimer.

I am currently playing as a KDF captain and trying to get my lifetime ships and couldn't get them. Plz help.

    Were you trying to claim it via the Zen store, or at the KDF shipyard?

    I think the only way you can actually pick up the alternate LTS ships is through the shipyard, despite the fact that they show up as 'available' in the Zen store UI.

    As I recall, LTS ships don't actually show up anywhere in the Z-Store.
    From the Shipyard Vendor, the T6 LIT ships should be claimable only after completing the tutorial.
    The Tier 5 ships require level 40 to be able to claim them.

    Nope, this is definitely a bug, currently lvl 50 and since the last patch, none of the heavy destroyers, both tier 5 and 6 are claimable at the shipyard, they show up as being able to, but when clicked on, it does the noise like it was successful, but nothing happens. So yes, thanks Cryptic for breaking this.

    And before you say anything, yes I do have open ship slots.
