[BUG] Ticket #414040 - [ItemReceived] Item acquired: message for ships already in my roster

Per the advice of GM Zildross I'm posting a bug report here for my KDF character. I got a popup window from loot roll. I got 14 notifications that say [ItemReceived] Item acquired: ______ My number of active ships and dry dock ships are unchanged. I think I got the same problem repeat itself once before on another character, same account. This bug only seems to happen on Nimbus if that helps narrow it down.

    You will find that they are admiralty cards your character has now acquired due to unlocking factional ships across the board..
