Negh’var Visuals Broken

The visuals on my Negh’var (T-5U) seem to be broken. The ship doesn’t have its wings and the nacelles are smashed up against the central section of the ship. This happens when I’m modifying (k), when it’s in space and when I look at it in my ship inventory. I linked some images in the post.

Have you tried going to the ship tailor applying the Negh'var template and seeing if that changes it?
