Rich Dilithium Claim Glitch

Both of the Klingon characters on my account, Kir'ok@Mage_Warrior and D'Vorn@Mage_Warrior have glitched trying to turn in a rich dilithium claim into the FDMAA aqegent during the Dilithium Weekend! When I clicked on "turn in claim" it went straight to saying that I was in a mining mission without showing the "comfirmation" box to actually submit the claim, now it will not let me mine anything and the mission tracker says I need to turn in a claim to the FDMAA agent, but when i click on the agent they say I am already in a mining mission. I have had this glitch happen before and it will not let me mine on these characters for the whole weekend, thereby losing me almost 100,000 dilithium!!!!!

Disregard my last, it was not a game glitch, it was my glitch..(Wry Look)!!!
