TFOs Not Visible/Available

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I logged in on my level 65 KDF character today after a few months only to discover that I could no longer access any TFOs. The TFO screen pops up but the usual list of options simply aren’t there. They work on my Fes characters but not on this KDF toon. I submitted a ticket yesterday. Any ideas what’s going on? Thanks.

    We don't know why certain characters are having this happen to them, but we do know how to fix it.
    You should replay "Duties of Command" to regain access to the TFO's.
    It's the first mission of the first storyline.
