Multiple Adetpa doff rewards?

So I went to go get some klingon recruit goodies from the temporal guy at ESD, and somehow wound up with not 1, not 2 but 3 Adetpa duty officers. Also the reward for "Bat'leth of Stovokor" keeps being lit up instead of greyed out after being claimed, as well as keeps giving Adetpas.

Anyone else getting any similar weirdness on claiming rewards?
