Batleth of Sto'Vo'Kor Reclaim bug

Claiming the reward for Klingon recruit 2500 melee kills from temporal agent on earth space dock, the option to claim the reward for Klingon recruit 1000 melee kills, the bat'leth of Sto'Vo'Kor, disapears and now i can't claim it. It seems that if you don't claim the reward for 500 then 1000 and then 2500 Kligon recruit melee kills it removes the option the claim the bat'leth. I contacted support and they told me to report here : Ticket #412421

I had a similar issue with the lvl 50 reward. It disappeared from the list for one of my characters and did not show up again. This event is super buggy. The rewards don't work, the ship is not reclaimable, the missions are apparently bugged too. Awesome.
