Klingon recrutment rewards Mark boxes doesn't work

Hello,

post here as suggested by GM Navi.

I'd claim the Recruitment Reward Marks box on two federation and one KDF chars and it doesen't work, when i click use nothing happen.

I am doing something wrong or are an issue with the box?

I've got a box that's doing that as well. I've had no other issues with the other unlocks but the one box just won't open at all.

I'm having the same issue on all of my characters. I also noticed that the reward boxes don't say what story you completed. I click ont he box and select "use" and nothing happens.

Same issue. I got already several reward boxes with marks, they still don't work. They didn't work before Patch Jan 28, and they don't open after it. Menu "Use" incative.

I also have this problem, But strangely enough the boxes works for one of the players in my fleet but he seems to be the only one in the fleet it works for.

I already posted that I was having the same issue with the KDF boxes but my post seems to have vanished. So once again, same issue and being a bit cranky about it.

I have this issue as well. Only the KDF recruit boxes though

Same thing happened to me. I can claim the boxes but can't open the ones I get in exchange for story arc completions.
