Universal consoles sharing a cooldown when they should not Reactive Antiproton Cascade Emitter...

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
When I try to use a Reactive Antiproton Cascade Emitter universal console or a Enhanced Reflective Shield Amplifier universal console either one will set the other one onto a 1 minuet cooldown. Both consoles are from different ships and as far as I can see there shouldn't be any cooldown link between them.

    Updating for new bug reporting format.

    Map: Any Space Map, I test in Stranded in Space
    Toon: Pottsey@Pottsey
    Step 1, Any ship fit Reactive Antiproton Cascade Emitter universal console and a Enhanced Reflective Shield Amplifier universal console.
    Step 3, Activate either console, the other console will go onto a 1 minuet cooldown.

    Both consoles are from different ships and as far as I can see there shouldn't be any cooldown link between them.
