Permanent Cloak

Using the T6 awarded KDF recruit BoP, I often end up unable to de-cloak during combat, left only with torpedoes which can make a short battle unnecessarily long. Activating the cloaking mechanism doesn't change the cloaked status.
Definitely not an Arc User.

    Same problem here but is not only with the awarded BOP. Any ship with Battle Cloak/Enhanced Battle Cloak is behaving in the same way. The only work around is to loot something or to complete some text interaction/interaction to force the ship to decloak.
