One claim per account items not properly disabled

Whenever i open the zen store every item that is a once per account claimable item, mostly promotional items, but in every category, aren’t properly disabled, instead they are lit up as if they can still be claimed, with the claim button not greeted out as it should be, this really makes it confusing when claiming promotional items that can be claimed once per character, since almost everything that should be greyed out has the z-store lit up like a Christmas tree.
