HELP THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF AMERICA! Title is Glitched.

When I scroll through my empty spots in my inventory it says the title item is there but the spot is blank. The only choices I have are More detail, Discard, and Turn on protection. I cant seem to claim the actual title.
