Orion Ships Need Some Love!

Hey Cryptic!
I recently created a new Orion character, Osyraa The First, in honor of Osyraa from ST:D. However, I have noticed that the Orion ships are sorely in need of a revamp and some new ships.

    You think Orion's are in a bad state? Gorn ships are pretty much useless save for that one repair platform console and for some reason their fighters are restricted to their Multi-mission vessels which sucks. I will say though Ferasians have it worst. They only have one ship, a small escort. The Caitians at least have three ships and some hanger pets.

    OK, so, we got 1 new ship, the Emerald Chain Intel Juggernaut
