Map transfer failed

I keep getting this message when I try to board the enterprise c during the temporal ambassador mission I have left it dropped it restarted it and it still says the same thing this is on the ps4

There is no Tribble server for consoles. I would suggest you post this in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports. @darkbladejk @wingedhussar#7584 Please move this there. Thanks.

Thread moved to correct subforum. For future reference, OP, Tribble is the PC-only beta testing server.
