Missing Items

Remmo’torax@horsey-pound2 Hi it’s been several weeks since my items have gone missing from my inventory I contacted cryptic studio and made a man that I post here in order to resolve the issue please if anyone has had this happen to them and knows anything that can help me I would be very grateful

I feel like it has happened to a couple of my items off my main character. For example I missing one of my four epic spiral wave dual heavy cannons, it just seemed to have vanished. My borg engine also disappeared among a few other items over the course of time. Iv been combating this bug ensuring all items I wish to keep get the protection turned on. Not sure if its helping but I have to many characters to keep track of all my items. Just the ones that are important to my builds. Just to give you a idea. I have 18 toons and some are at have over 170 inventory slots and 220 bank slots 😀. But yeah I was sad to see one of my spiral dual heavy cannons wiped from existence. I love the look of the borg engine but I'm not going to recraft it. It cost to much dill to make and upgrade back to what it was😟

One thing that could of happened to you is to make sure you remove ALL items from a ship prior to discharging it. If you don't the items will get deleted with the ship.
