6X Token Trait is not sticking when first applied.

I have applied the new 6X experimental token a couple of times to various ships. Each time I choose the new starship trait. I then go into either a mission, FTO or even warp to sector space only to find the trait has been removed and needs to be chosen again. In a mission episode or an FTO this cannot be done until after the mission is over. Applying the trait a 2nd time seems to stick and I have not had to reapply again. The same happens with the Rep Ground and Space straits which had also been removed at some point. If I had to apply starship experimental trait and the Rep space and ground traits all of them need to be reapplied a 2nd time once I leave the FTO or mission.

Apply the traits in Sector Space. This should fix it.
