Delta Recruit not recognizing Episode completion

When clicking on the Tesseract Communications Receiver, there is no recognition of completing the episode In the Shadows. I have replayed the missions in the episode and its still not recognized.

    Have you played Temporal Ambassador?
    Where there is a Will, there is a Way.

    Temporal Ambassador, as mentioned above, will be the culprit. It used to be a part of that mission line but was moved. However, it was not moved from the Accolade that triggers the Delta Recruit reward. You'll need to play the mission.
