Bug report: Items lost

As requested by GM Somnolence, I am posting a list of items that were lost here for reference:

The exact name of the missing items:

• Quantum Phase Torpedo Launcher (Epic - MK XIV (?))
• Console - Universal - Quantum Phase Converter (Epic - Mk XIV (?))
• Prolonged Engagement Phaser Dual Cannons (Epic - Mk XIV (?)
• Phaser Quad Cannons (Epic - Mk XIV (?))
• Iconian Resistance Hyper-Impulse Engines (Epic - Mk XIV (?))
• Iconian Resistance Hyper Injection Warp Core (epic - Mk XIV (?)

The specific date and time of the incident: Dec 29th 2020 between 1:30 and 2:30 am CET

Rarity and Mk. Level: As far as I can tell/remember the stuff I have lost was all upgraded to Epic Mk XIV

The details of how the item was deleted from your account:
In anticipation of buying the 10th Anniversary Legendary Starship Bundles I deleted some older ships I still had on this character. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that in that process I deleted some of the gear that was still equipped to the ships. My best guess is that the above mentioned items (there might be others, but these are the ones I can most definitely recall) were delted when I got rid of my Tactical Escort - Valiant Class

This is not a bug. Always remember to take the gear off the ships that you have, never delete the ships without making sure that the gear is still present. If you do not do that, you will lose your gear. May you get your items back but let this serve as a warning to always check first if your gear is on those ships. Thanks.
