character stuck on captains table

i have a character on the klingon side stuck on the captains table called Mok'tar@vultashi. could someone move him away so i can do some missions thanks.I ant beam to ship or warp away as the icons are greyed out and same with missions cant do any of them and i dont want to delete him as hes my main klingon.
