Jem'Hadar captain's boff cannot change appearance.

I have Jem'Hadar KDF-alliance captain. I just bought Kentari and Lukari boffs - cannot change anything on appearance. Even outfit - it is written: "Cannot chance race"...
Maybe Cryptic broke something on validation of boff changes?
