BUG: Transwarp Menu (when using Legendary Dreadnought Cruiser)

One of my characters is missing all the fleet bases from their transwarp menu (Fleet SB, Spire, etc.)... despite being the leader of a level 46 fleet that has all of them unlocked. This is a new development within the last week or so....
