Jem'Hadar character's Boffs can't wear Tzenkethi armor

As the title says... I have a fed-aligned jem'hadar. The character itself can wear the armor, but none of my bridge officers are able to wear it. The full armor set incl. helmet doesn't show up anywhere, not even in the pull down tab where it's supposed to have it's own section.
