Shuttles being switched out during TFOs

Hello, King Wahi here. Been having an issue with my lovely heavily customized shuttle being switched out ofr my poorly optimized starship whenever i que for some TFOs. The events and some others i can play in my shuttle fine. Others... not so much. If you have been having a similar issue or know a work around, plz lemme know.
