Tzenkethi Bundle doff assignments not working.

I'm on a lvl 65 character and I'm trying to use the 5 doff assignments that came in the bundle, but they won't load.

    Same here. Level 65 and the Assignment box will not open.
    If the situation is counter diplomatic, then we must follow with force.

    Also getting this. Been trying to use the items for weeks and nothing comes up in the box.
