As requested from support:
I had 6 Promo - Additional Inventory Slots collected from my main account (Mancubus) I had kept them in my Account bank for a while.
I Finally logged into my alts today as I was running out of room I used One on this alt then switched to another but realised I left 5 remaining Promo - Additional Inventory Slots in the first alt's Inventory however I forgot which one I used the one on so I went through all of them and each alt's bank and they are not in any of them.
I know for sure I only used One of them and saw it change from 6 to 5 after I right clicked and chose 'USE'
When i went back to each Alt none of them had the item.
