Random uniform pieces have the wrong colour chart

So as the title above says, I have been trying to edit the uniforms of some of my characters and bridge officers, I want to have a uniform design for the whole crew, unfortunately some random pieces use the wrong colour chart meaning I can’t match the colours and some pieces would stand out and/or be random bright colours.

This is preventing me from matching the uniforms across all my boffs.
