Missing set bonus' from the character sheet passives

On a number of my characters when I go to look at set bonus' on the character sheet with the set equipped the Bonus' don't show up. I have tried a number of fixes including multiple map transfers unequipping and re-equipping the sets logging off and back on and nothing seems to work. Anyone else having this same problem.
