I was directed here by the support team after I described my case to them. Ticket 338823 if that's of assistance.
The Rhode Island skin for the Nova class is not unlocking despite me having purchased the Science Vessel Refit. In all I have three variants of the Nova class; T2, T2 Refit and T5U. None has the skin available. It is also not available for individual parts e.g. nacelles, saucer.
I tried several solutions suggested by the community: https://www.reddit.com/r/sto/comments/jka9qr/rhode_island_skin/
Unfortunately they did not work. In addition I discharged and re-bought the T2 Refit, which didn't fix the problem either.
PS A refurbished T6 of the Nova would be neat!
