Bug with Widening Gyre Event Completion

At least two times I have not received rewards appropriately. The first time, I exited the TFO before the marks choice box opened and I received no rewards at all. However, it also did not count towards daily completion so I simply repeated. The second time occurred on 10/30 and I waited in the TFO for the rewards box, selected my marks, and exited. I discovered, however, that I had not received my dilithium. I had 0 unrefined before I went in and 0 after I came out. This time it did count my daily completion so I could not go back and try again.

I have already requested help with the GMs. They requested I post here before they could assist.

    I had a similar problem today and yesterday, my characters only received half the dilithium they were supposed to receive.
    Today for instance I received 6500 dilithium instead of the 13000. Both characters had the bonus dilithium pool active if that matters.
