I will post what I have so far from the support team:

It looks like the issue is caused by a bug based on the information that I have gathered. We apologize for the inconvenience the issue has caused you. I assure you that we will forward the details that you have given us to the development team as they are the only ones who can fix bugs. It will be helpful, however, if you submit a bug report on the official bug report forum to supplement what I will be passing on today, if you haven't done so already. You may do so at the link below.

This would also give other affected players the chance to share their ideas and experiences once they see your post. When we receive any updates about this, we'll let the community know by posting it on our website and official forums page.
