Missing reclaimable items

I've been respeccing some of my characters, but all of a sudden some items that should be reclaimable via the Dil store "reclaim" tab and the event reclaim section aren't available. I can't get the Section 31 heavy phaser rifle, Lorca's armour, or the Red Angel suit. There may be more missing but these are just the ones I have noticed. I was literally reclaiming a few bits, closed some windows, opened the reclaim tab and suddenly some of the items that I have unlocked during events have all gone and can't be claimed.
