PS4: Issues Buying and Claiming Packs

Hi,

I can't buy the Deep Space Nine Pack (1800zen 20%off) because it says, "You cannot Purchase Deep Space Nine Pack because your inventory is full." My inventory is not full and I have no overflow inventory.

What is causing this issue and how can this be corrected?

Based on a 2-year old reddit thread for the AoD pack. I think the problem might be related to a Federation Elite Starter Pack I got not too long ago. Something about opening the pack in the wrong order is causing my inventory to think it's full or that I have overflow.

Any help would be great.

Ah, I know the exact problem and have resolved not being able to buy the DS9 pack.


The pack included 2 ground weapons but I had one empty ground weapon slot, so the game was badly telling me, "hey you don't have enough open weapon slots to receive these two ground weapons". Normally if you have an empty weapon slot and you pick up a weapon it equips into that empty slot instead of placing it in your actual inventory.


If you can give a game update to have ground weapons go to inventory instead of trying to equip them then this problem won't happen to others. The game was trying to equip 2 weapons into one empty slot.


Glad this was an easy fix. I would be very disappointed if I could not buy future packs or bundles because of this.
