Cannot Change Uniforms on Vulcan Trill Bajoran and Farangi

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I am having trouble Changing Uniforms on my Trill Vulcan Bajoran and Farangi Bridge officers. I thought might be my saved outfits that something might have gone wrong with them so I removed them my Computer and still NOTHING!! These are the only officers I cannot Change and when I try to change there ranks for some reason they are Ensign still even through they are Commander Rank. This is a Huge bug please help me

    @ryuranger Did you mean to post in the PS4 section or in the PC Gameplay Bug Reports forum? If this is for PC, then it should be moved to PC Gameplay Bug Reports. @darkbladejk @wingedhussar#7584 Please move to PC Gameplay Bug Reports. Thanks. :)
