DSC T'Kuvma's armor randomly showing up on player despite not being used anymore.

This bug has been plaguing me ever since I got it from the MW DSC Klingon Boff of the Discovery Operation Packs.
I used the outfit of the Klingon on my character and it just kept showing up on the character selection even when not selected.
This is not a big deal as this tends to happen with any character showing the wrong outfit when first logging in for the day.
At first, it was, relatively-speaking, harmless, just showing when my KDF character was first in line when logging in.
But it has become more "clingy" as time went.
-Completely replacing it with a new outfit in its previous slot didn't solve the problem.
-Removing any piece of it from other outfit slots didn't solve it either.
-Deleting any costume save with any piece of it didn't solve it either.
-And few days ago, when replaying the Warzone arc, this happened:
And yet, in the very next cutscene, I'm back with the right outfit:
So i decided to do the most "extreme" thing left to do and discharge the Klingon Boff to see if this solved it at last.
It didn't. Somehow the game still remembers I have it (down to still using the correct color pattern I chose) despite all saves of it being deleted and no longer being a selectable outfit in any slot.
And no need to ask me for the ticket number, I can't send them anymore for some reason.
