Account Reclaims (Mostly vanity items)

Yo, devs! So been working on a new klingon character focused on healing in space and ground. Sort of a combat medic. I was going to use the new medical cosmetic shield on my klink. Got it, had it on my starter ship, and accidentally got rid of it, not thinking, and trashed it with the ship. Come to find out now, I can't reclaim it for that character. It's not in dil store or event tab, and it can't be traded. Kind of a shame really. I can imagine this is a problem for a bunch of non-essential equipment, more cosmetics and smaller stuff like this. Think you could help us out and allow us to reclaim this stuff?

Posted this here, but dunno if it should go in the bug sub thread. Not a big deal if this doesn't get solved, it'd just be really nice.

The Medical pack can be found in the Zen Store under the Promotions tab.

It clearly states that it can only be claimed once per character, but during a patch a while ago it was made to be reclaimable by a character that already had it, but only once.

Check to see if you can still reclaim it, but if you can't, then unfortunately there is no other way of reclaiming it.

It is a problem with the cosmetic tab that you can throw away items when you decommision a ship. I got rid of an aegis shield this way. I make a habit of sending ships thirst to the shipyard.

Yeah, I can't reclaim it. It was on the previous ship, and got trashed when I discarded the ship. Where would I reclaim it from? Dil store tab, or z-store? To me though, it's kind of laughable that they'll let me reclaim a whole bunch of high powered equipment that very much effects gameplay, but not a simple vanity shield.

I am not sure the protected flag works when dismissing a ship, the dismissal thing is rather buggy.

Not sure on the flag at all - because I dismissed a ship with the gamma vanity on it, since I couldnt be bothered, it looks bad in most of my ships and was a waste of marks. I was dismissing the only ship it looked ok on. Maybe some vanity shields have flags and some not

If I understand correctly, you should be able to reclaim the entire Medical pack from the Z-store, but only once. Why only once, I don't know.

If that doesn't work, and if you have an Account Bank, see if you can claim it on another character and then put it in the Account Bank. (Never tried that myself, so no idea if it's account-bound or character-bound; if the latter, then it won't work.)
