when i go to claim itis asay 14 out of 14 and when igo o claim it flash red then nothing.

    Maybe he's talking about a event item / ship? Try checking to make sure you first have spac a in your inventory, nothing in overflow and if its a ship make sure you are not at the maximum amount already.
