Missing equipment

About a week ago I noticed on my primary account, I was missing some equipment. A few Reputation items, which I can replace. But, I was also missing the 4 piece Bajor set. The thing is, I used 4 ultimate upgrade items which I purched, to max the 4 of them out. What recorse do I have to get them back without buying them again?? Any input would be welcome, thanx, Capt. I have a similar problem with a key item to one of my fav builds. Also gold teched wich is something Epic rare for me.. And its gone and they tell me to file a report here.. Might as well reset my account blame a bug and tell me to buy it all again.. Anyways just spent 30e on an overpriced ship three days ago something also rare and now i just feel like quitting the whole thing especially when i see people loosing not 1 but multiple items.. And the incredible part is the game has all these mysterious bugs and powers to take away your real money earned stuff but support doesnt have the power to give compensation? Maybe they enjoy this because we players just keep buying and feeding theyr cocaine addition but my games on hold cuz of this and it suks. Anyways heres hoping things will change. Live long n' prosper
