[BUG] Diplomacy Tier 4, claim UNLIMITED BOFF from Jiro (?!)

Hi there,
Well, I'm member of Romulan Republic and I reached the Tier 4 of Diplomacy commendation and I claimed four BOFF from enemy faction with Ambassador Jiro, as you can see into image below.
But something is wrong, because if I would to claim more BOFF I just need to close the game, open it again and claim another from Jiro.
I only discover this thing 'cause I'm trying to figure out why the Diplomatic Uniform is not in my uniform list, maybe this Diplomatic process is not working properly when we are from Romulan Republic.
My char is Lira@gilmarjunior19, could you fix it, please? I know that is important to this diplomatic system work fine.
So could you fix this situation of claim unlimited BOFFs from enemy faction? And could you fix the problem where the Diplomatic Uniform is not in the list to me?
If could be possible, there is some way to you allow to all of us (romulans) to use the complete Tal Shiar uniform, not just these poor Uhlan uniform, but the complete one like Empress Sela and Hakeev, please?
