Advanced Phaser Buff is Bugged

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The Advanced Phasers are maxing out at 20% bonus instead of the 60% they had before tuesday
Men are not punished for their sins, but by them.

    I was about opening a thread about it too. I really hoped it was a typo first, but equipping 6 of them doesn't show the 60% crtd bonus triggered by the advanced weaponry, only a max of 20... I hope they will take a look at it
