Resuming Partisans instead resumes The House Always Wins

I was playing Partisans, and after getting the data from terminal gamma, I pressed ESC to end the cutscene with Akaar, but it was too soon, so no enemies beamed in and I was stuck.
I beamed up to space and transwarped to Gorath to resume the mission, but it instead resumes the mission "The House Always Wins" at "The Torg hunt" section. I beam down to K'mtar talking to me.
The button in space to resume says "Continue: Partisans", and that other mission is not on my "In Progress" tab, so I know I pressed the right one.
EDIT: This was as a Federation character, btw.
EDIT 7 Oct 2020: Looks like today's patch fixed it.
